1. Who we are
NoraHire is a hiring service run by Infinora Tech ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or company using NoraHire. A "company" is an organisation that has a workspace on NoraHire. A "candidate" is a person who uses NoraHire to look and apply for jobs.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum working age where you live if that is higher.
- Give true and current information, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- An email address can hold one account type: candidate or recruiter.
3. Company workspaces
- The person who creates a workspace confirms they may act for that company and accept these terms for it.
- The company decides who joins its workspace and what role each member has. The company is responsible for its members' use of NoraHire.
- The company is the controller of the candidate data it collects through its hiring. It must have a lawful reason to process that data and must follow the hiring and data laws that apply to it.
- Job ads must be for real jobs, must be lawful and must not discriminate.
4. Candidates
- Only apply to jobs you are really interested in, with information that is true.
- When you apply, the company you apply to can see your profile and application. Other companies cannot.
- Hiring decisions are made by each company, not by NoraHire. We do not promise that you will get a job or an interview.
5. What you must not do
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is false, abusive or discriminatory.
- Try to reach data that is not yours, including another company's workspace.
- Probe, scan or test the security of NoraHire without our written permission. See the Security page for how to report a problem.
- Copy, scrape or resell the service or its data, or use automated tools that put unusual load on it.
6. Plans and payment
Candidates use NoraHire for free. Companies use it on the plan they choose. Plan limits, prices and billing terms are shown when you choose or change a plan. New workspaces start on a trial.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload: CVs, profiles, job ads, notes and logos. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run NoraHire for you and for the people you choose to share it with.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep NoraHire running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features. If we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
9. Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using NoraHire and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
10. Liability
NoraHire is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for hiring decisions made by companies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using NoraHire after that, the new terms apply.
